Ok first up ive not made any skins myself,however all the ones ive downloaded thanks to those top skin guys work perfectly for me.

I will try and make this as simple as possible:

1. You need a program to unzip/extract files.I use WinRAR its free, which you can download here http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-...html?tag=lst-1

2. Find a skin you want theres a few on this site so search around abit and download your skin,to make it easy i download mine to my Desktop.

3. Open WinRAR and click on your skin you downloaded.Then click Extract To then to make it easy save it to your Desktop and click Ok.You should then have a normal folder on your Desktop which has the skin inside.This is all you need now.

4. Now all your FM08 graphics,skins,kits etc etc go in My Documents NOT Program Files

5. Click on My Documents,Sports Interactive,Football Manager 2008 where all the folders should be.Also your skins do NOT go in the graphics folder (which needs creating to put your kits,facepacks,logos in).They have there own skins folder like so ][/url]

6. Take your skins and drop them in the skins folder as shown: ][/url]

7. Whether you only want to use a lefthand skin you still have to keep the other skin that came with it.For instance if i want to use stecklo_left i have to keep stecklo because this file has all the important files inside.

8. Start up your game,click Preferences then Display and Sound.Under Windows Settings click Skin and here you should have all your skins to choose from like so ][/url]

9. After clicking on the skin you want make sure that Use Skin Cache is NOT TICKED and Always Reload Skin On Confirm is TICKED then press Confirm.

10. Skin Works Perfectly.
