Default Which team has done the best moves?

Man U - If they get Tevez as well their team is massively improved.

Chelsea - stood still a bit but might surprise themselves and really gel as a team. Wholesale changes this time round would have been a disaster

Spurs - will help them push the top4 closer but unless sign a CM and LW, havent impoved the first eleven enough to guarrantee Champs League. If they do, the top 4 wont be 4 anymore

Arsenal - in transition and have gone backwards. Time will tell whether they recover and build but nobody could say it was a good close season

Liverpool - spent big but I cant see a title push coming from it. Man U have bought better and it will be 3rd place again.

Why do you include Danny Philliskirk in Chelsea's signing's he is an Acadamy (youth) signing.

Perhaps you should include Jacob Mellis (Sheff Wed), Jack Saville (Reading), Niclas Heimann, Bayer Leverkusen and Jan Sebek (Cech Rep under 16 keeper)

Those plus 4 others were also signed by Chelsea for the Acadamy this season.

You can add in Alex if his work permit goes through though.

Main improvements needed from last season imo
Man Utd - Out and Out striker. Still have yet to sign one but first team is still very strong.

Chelsea - New striker, winger, cover for defence and a right back. Good striker in Pizzaro, good winger in malouda, Centre back cover in Ben Haim but still lacking a quality right back.

Liverpool - Left Midfielder, two strikers. Have got Babel for left midfield and Kewell might be like a new signing if he can stay fit. Also have Torres and Voronin for new striking options.

Arsenal - Defensive cover, quality winger, main striker. Have got a striker but haven't improved as much as I would have thought they would.

Spurs - Left back, centre midfield, left midfield. Good signing in Bent but not sure if they could have spent that money on a left midfielder where they still need improving imo. Good signing in Bale for left back.

All in all I think if Chelsea sign a quality right back they would have improved the most but at the moment I think maybe Liverpool. They were very good at the back had have strengtened in all the areas they needed to.
Spurs, if they sign a couple of top midfielders to replace the likes of Malbranque they will be very strong.
