Originally made for pre patch but seems to work for both. This is how the tactic works:
Attacking Mentality with short, quick passing or direct, quick passing (You decide)
Using a Target Man to head but you can test it out with others.
Traditional CD's used.
Quite defensive full backs which should stay back most of the time.
DM should be good at tackling, passing etc. Any other goods stats is a bonus really.
One MC is very attacking, to the max in fact, so must be good at finishing etc.
The other MC is normal, staying in the middle of the park dictating the pace of the game and launching passes all around.
The AM's are set to full mentality also with lots of creative freedom. Should have the traditional winger attributes.
The single ST should have good headering attributes with finishing, jumping etc. The old fashioned kind of striker.
