ive read the tactical bible, and other numerous threads but most im still struggling with tactics as when i get a tactic that looks like it could be remotely decent i just get pummeled ok i know i have decent players but im playing against teams my own level and its still happening, im gateshead in the blue square prem

my biggest problems seem to be:

1) im getting less than 5 shots per game and opposition 15+
2) my possession is always 30-44%
3) my full backs keep getting cought out of position with the ball going over the top

id explain about my attacking but it doesn't exist,

also please i don't want anyone else's tactic as whenever people make a thread like this people seem to try and pimp off their tactic, ive downloaded a few but makes no difference, theres no one tactic as ive tried all sorts hitting middle of the season but restarting as im always sat on bottom of table at xmas and my best so far is 3 points. its frustrating, i want to play a 4-4-2 but seems useless
