Before I go into detail, this tactic is in no way perfect. I have achieved relative success with the only team tried, rotherham, guiding them to the top of league two and the top of league one, currently.
Originally, i used one tactic "millers", but i felt i needed an away tactic for league one. this tactic will score you a lot of goals while conceding an admittedly average amount.

I play a simple 4-4-2 with an attacking mentality, with slow build up play, knocking the ball around the opponent until a killer pass is available. I play slightly more wide with the wingers bombing down the sides and crossing at the byline. Bar the CBs and Full Backs, the team attempt to close down off the ball at all times with one of the midfielders taking up a deep ball-winner role and the other attacking more. My Defense is extremely defensive with the Centre Backs being Ultra Defensive and the whole defense playing deep. Don't know if that is enough but i will know talk about the individual positions in detail. I am lucky enough to have watched a team, rotherham, who five years ago under Ronnie Moore were known as set piece specialists so I have work hard on the Set Plays. (defending them is another matter

)
Goalkeeper- It is not vital but it helps if you have a good steady goalie. I was lucky enough to get millers legend Mike Pollit (should be England No 1 not carson) so I did not have to worry.
Full Backs- In this position it is best to sign people who are quite good all-round, solid but not spectacular.
Centre Backs- With the tactic being quite adventurous, it is important that you have solid Centre Backs. With Rotherham having defenders like Graham Coughlan, Ian Sharps, Pablo Mills and Marc Joseph who would walk into most league one sides, let alone two.
Wingers- Now this is one of the most important positions. Crossing does not particularly matter for this tactic but PACE DOES. Seriously, if you want this tactic to work employ or sign someone with pace. In my case, I loaned in two wingers on a season long loan.
Central Midfielder 1- This guy must have good all-round attributes and good defensive qualities.
Central Midfielder 2- Doesn't matter whether he has good attributes all round, just needs to have good passing, creativity and possibly long shots.
Strikers- THE most important position in this formation , ahead of the wingers. I do not employ a target man, so they both need to be pacy with good finishing. Preferably, one should be more rounded so he can hold up the ball, turn and run. Like the wingers, I found the best method was to loan someone in on a season long deal, as proven in the below images.

The new loan signings are having similar results.
If someone could test this in and give feedback, i would be extremely grateful. I recognise that it is not the finished article and needs work defensively, so if anyone finds faults or ways to change it, I am perfectly happy to hear them.
Just to Clarify. This tactic was created with the latest patch 8.01 Download Here ->
