 Question regarding coaches/youth coaches
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but i'm unsure where to ask this. Just been looking at my staff and I have 1 GK coach, 1 fitness coach and 6 youth coaches.
I'm wondering if my youth coaches are only responsible for coaching the youth team, or do they have some involvement coaching the proper squad? Do you think I need to either promote some of my youth coaches to be normal coaches or bring in some new staff in a coaches role?
