Could somebody give me details on the "non EU" rules for each of the good European Leagues.

Could somebody also let me know if possible the requirements for a passport from different EU countries?

england-as many no eu players as you want but they require work permits.
france-limit of 4 (not sure on that) non eu players but africans dont count as non eu.
holland-as many as you want with no wps.
italy-only allowed to sign 1 foreigner per season.
germany-not sure.
spain-limit of 3 non eu players

Ukraine - As many as you want but only 7 foreigners (non Ukrainians) in the starting 11 of each match.

i think spain is only allowed 3 non-eu in a match day squad i.e starting eleven and subs.
