Should I worry about coaches?
I just use a guys training, which is sucessful , which leaves me just with transfers
I should be spending more time, but what on?!^_^
i regulary play as sheffield wednesday, but always end up starting a new one due to all the losses
what should i do before, during and after games? Transfers, tactics etc, im lost!
i get through the matches really quickly, making subs only at half time and watching no higlights, just replays of goals.
Well coachs i would say would only be for experienced players but i think if your assiantant manager isnt good then get a new one Paulo Paixao from CSKA Moscow is great as a assiantant even tho hes a fitness coach for Cska
As for your tatics i dont know anything about sheffield wednesday being a gunner supporter but 4-4-2 diamond attacking or defensive is a normal formation for any team.
You should watch the matchs as it gives you more luck ( well thats what i believe ) any click on highlights and click on key and it will just show you the main bits of matches.
As i can tell your not a very experienced fm player, make subs THROUGHOUT the match, and depend it on ratings or condition or if you just want to put someone on
