In the tactics screen, when you select player instructions do people set the positions to the actual mentality? What i mean is if you have a goal keeper and click on him his player instructions come up. Then for that player in the coloumn it gives options to set the player you are viewing to the appropriate mentality. So i click on set to goalkeeping mentality and set the appropriate mentality in each position rather than editing and doing the mentality for individual players myself. Is this a good formula for success, do other people do it? Sorry if you dont know what i am talkin about but it is difficult to explain
