very true. the mental problems of your team are just as important. ignoring tactics and your players concerns are a sure fire way of not winning for hte next 10 games.
moaning about players morale but not doing anything about it is silly.
i've played many games where i've won with the oppo scoring so it's certianly not the case that across the board 'when the oppo score i will not win'
