The Warp Text tool dohicky thing.
In the tool bar with a 'T' and a bent arrow.
Arc Lower, I believe.

well Arc Lower is the closet I could find in that options window except i want the arc going upward not downward. any way to invert that?

ah, found it. Arc Lower is correct...i just needed to 'bend' it the opposite way.
