Default No compensation for losing young players
I've currently got Giles Barnes refusing to sign a new contract, which is due to expire.
If he signs for another club then i should be due some compensation.
However, with other players in the past, i've never recieved any.
what am i doing wrong?

I think compensation depends on the age of the player doesn't it?
