i was just wondering if you have the best youth facility's then you expect regens with pa around 190 it means training facility in the editor or you can see it with fmm is 20
if you have low youth facility then you get crap players no good even for your reserve squad
but those it happen that you get a wonderkid with a youth facility around 9 or 8?
in real life isn't so hard to imagine such thing that a very good young player turns up at a low club then of course maybe he's lured away by big ones but still you get my point
did something like this happen in your fm game you was a small team and got a huge talented regen?
It is in FM. I had one person in FM07 come through my youth team for Carshalton in League 2, he went on to play for Italy. Only stayed in my team for 3 years
i think you have to notice the talent in the player maybe when your ass man reccomends a youth that could be your wonderkid. but i have never had one so far
