Just out of curiosity why Craig Gordon? fair enough hes overated but specifically?

Becuase in Rugby it serves no purpose. Close decisions are given to the video ref so convincing the ref he has made a mistake(so he "balances it out" later on) is pointless.

Same goes for linesmen and 4th officials (from the manager). Also when a lone player has taken it upon himself to speak to the ref about a decision the ref often makes an example of said player and books him.

When a ref makes a decision and shows a yellow or red,does he ever go back on his decision.Thats what i dont understand.Stack of players challenge the ref,in the long run its likely to work against them.Why dont these prima donnas just get on with it.Some of the worst offenders are those with talent.

Personally i dislike Gerrard, Rooney,and christian Ronaldo who are all great talents,but dont like them.Could include Terry in that list also.I even support the team that one of that lot plays for

No its not. If the ref gives team A a penalty and team B contest the decision consistantly the ref will think in his head he may have made a mistake.

Later on in the same game Team B have a 50/50 penalty shout. The ref is more likely to give the penalty thinking he needs to "even things up"
