Hello,

in FM 2007 i had a file which would change the color of the stats soo under 10 would be Red and over 15 Green for example.

It made it a lot easier to get a quick overview of the stats.

I am really missing that option, and i cant find the same file anymore which should be replaced, like in FM 2007.

Is there some way to do the same in FM 2008 ?

Simply copy the xml files called 'colours' & 'fm colours' from the 'settings' folder on your FM 2007 installation to a new 'settings' folder in 'My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008'

Hmmm I cant seem to make it work.

I have copied the old settings folder from FM 2007 both to the suggested folder (My Documents.....) and the installtion folder (under /Data/), and none of the places work.

Can you upload a copy of your settings folder ?

I'd like to change the attribute colors to what I like as well, any instructions?

I remember doing it for FM 07 but that was a long time ago.

p.s. Will it work on demo?

Works for me, you need to reload the skin using preferences and untick cache skin.

However the colours are wrong as the old 07 colours don't match the new white background.

Okay, i made it work.

But yes the previous color scheme doesnt really work as the text is white and doesnt work on the white background.

Hope there will be a new color schema soon that works.

you could try

maybe modify it a bit.. i dont know, just an idea..

Just delete the colours.xml , then it will apply the standard skin colours.

In fm colours.xml you have to define every single color for each property.
I have made it work fine for the profile stats part but havent gone through the rest of the game and adjusted the colours.

It would be great if it was somehow possible to get the default skin fm colours.xml file and then only change the part where stats colours are declared.

Okay,

i just found out, if you look in the settings.fmf file you can find all the data needed in the fm colours.xml file or you could probably just change it directly in the settings.fmf file.
