Backgrounds

Can anyone provide a link to any backgrounds and stadium packs for FM08? Have found logos and facepacks etc but cant find backgrounds! Cheers

You can generally use the same backgrounds from before..a search here should reveal 2 stadium packs..one by beefster and I can't remember who does the other one

Sorry about the double post. I've just downloaded the stadium pack and moved it into D

Documents and Settings\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008 Demo\Graphics and opened up preferences etc in the game and clicked confirm like I have done for logos, facepacks etc but so far I can't see any stadium backgrounds, I don't think it's worked. Is it working for you Rashidi?

untick skin cache, or whatever it is in prefs, then make sure the 're-load skin' is ticked...then confirm....you can then go back in and tick cache and untick 're-load' after....

it does work, trust me

if only we could get rid of that poopy white background..or at least make it more transparent...... I reckon 90% of players so far have said they dislike that white background....why do SI always have to tinker with things....that skin hasn't improved the look...just turned it into a Spreadsheet.

roll on the ability to load another skin.

Have the competition ids changed, or can I re-use the config files that I used for fm2007? I don't have the demo so I can't check.

so just to confirm the stadium pack works - which is the one that changes on matchdays - i got that right?

What about the background on the squad screen? i had stadiums and pics for that one too, does anyone have a pack for that? if so a link?

I've no idea what i'm doing wrong here, I'm doing every right but the backgrounds still dont show

I've got it working, it's there but the squad screen still has that white background, which just obscures the whole damn stadium pic! any ideas anyone?
