what exactly is this . downloaded these files but how do i extract them. if thats what i got to do . not to clever on these things

1. Download Winrar from the link I gave you.
2. Install Winrar on your pc
3. Download the .rar file you want
4. When downloaded: double click on the specific file and the file will open in Winrar
5. Click on 'Extract' en select the directory you want the file to be extracted to.
6. Then you can use the file. Based on the type of file, you will have to put it in some directory. You can check this board for several instructions.
