Is there an issue to game speed with the amount of graphics you download?

I have logos for most leagues and a fair few facepacks and my gamespeed since patch has reduced dramatically?

I have every logo I could find and haven't noticed any degradation in performance. Not sure about the facepacks.

I have the latest patch installed for the digital download version. I run all leagues in England playable and all top division leagues for every available nation in view only with details on minimum for everything.

yes mine has slowed drastically too.
i think its the skin thats slowed it down the most and its annoying

I've got one heck of a lot of player pictures, customs add-ons all over the place, and even a custom, for-me-only skin. I see no difference, except that it takes a while to rebuild the skin when I tweak it.
