Fastest way out of poor form?

I know there prob isn't an answer for this...but what's the first thing you do when you encounter a dip in form? My Millwall team's morale is superb and they've won 8-0 and 4-1 against okay oppositions in the cup, but once we return to league games they play rubbish again
