Well tried it with Leicester City. No new players and no injuries, but it is not really good or really bad, sort of in between.

I am 4-3-3 in the championship with a score of 8-7. I will use this tactic 6 month and then judge it in the winter transfer period.

But i will probably trash it after that, 2 of 5 stars!

This tactic is very similar to what I've been using with Barca for three seasons now.
My individual mentalities are closer to each other though. I was saying to others for weeks now how well short passing slow tempo works with CA. I'm glad someone else has been using it with success. However, due to the great success I've been having with Barca, I need a new challenge. And I really don't wanna leave my beloved dream team. So I'm thinking of using different formation as soon as I finish my 3rd season.
But this is a great tactic. Just make it more balanced by bringing the indiv. mentalities closer to each other.
