Amazing stats, crap player. Atleast for me. All I want him to do is run on the flanks and whip crosses in. But nooooooo. Mr "let me cut inside and give the ball away to the opposition" cant listen to instructions can he?! Admittedly when he does cross the ball, its a fantastic cross. But doesnt do it enough.
Actually , that's pretty realistic. Q is a bit of a loose cannon in real life, as well. Think of a Cristiano Ronaldo in need of more discipline. You get the picture.
On a side note, this seems to reinforce my belief that the most important attribute for a player in FM is indeed 'consistency'. If said player has at least decent stats for the level he's playing at and his consistency is above 18, you're gonna love him, he'll never drop below 7 in a game.
If the player has out-of-this-world stats and a consistency of below 10, watch out. Three 6, one 5, one 7 and one 9 is what you're gonna get from him in any given order.
What team are you?? If any of the big 4, then go for Maxi Rodriguez. He's got a 16M release clause (a bit more than you want to spend I know). But he's a phenomenol player.
If you're not the big 4, then I doubt he'll come to you but you can still try. Else, you can go for Modric, Gouffran or like said above, Belluschi.
