Who is he?

Also, is cardenas any good in this one. i havent heard anything about him recently. was he vastly overrated in fm07?

i signed him for my Man City squad

and he scored 7 in 14 starts, 2 assists and 3 MoMs

Stats arnt as good as last years but he still plays class!
