Could someone please be kind and explain how this works, something i never ever understood i usually pay upfront all in cash with sell on clause sometimes. But im having a new challenging with newcastle, i been given extra funds through balancing the wage budget and i really need to sign a left defender because i only got 1 natural left defender.
How does the monthly instalments, after league appearance, per league appearance, minimum league goals work? say a player selling price is us$40m, i can only afford $25m, whats the best way to conduct that transfer? if i say i would pay $25m upfront, and $15m over 12 months, am i able to do this does this come out of the clubs expenses OR do i need sufficient amount and it comes out of my current transfer budget? and how does the other features work? i tried looking at the manual nothing there ;-(
Yes, you need to have suffiecient funds in your transfer budget for the transfer to go through. For eg, if someone's worth 20M and you bid 10M now and 10M over 12 months, but you only have a budget of 15M, the transfer will not go through.
The advantage of the monthly installments is that (take the example of the above case) that:
1. The whole 20M will be taken from your transfer budget.
2. Where it says "Profit/Loss" on your finances, only 10M will be deducted from there.
3 The rest of the 10M in installment will be deducted from your Bank Balance over the period of the installment.
Your profit/loss area should never go into the red zone. Atleast you should try your best to avoid it. If it reaches a certain limit (dont know what it is though), you can go into administration and deducted points from.
Atleast this is my understanding of how this works.
