I've never downloader a patch before last night. Once I'd downloaded it I didn't have to do anything, I was expecting to see it somewhere but after looking for ages I just started a new game not expecting anything but lo and behold I click on Spurs and Ramos is managing them, I'm assuming that means the patch has worked?
If you want to double check the patch has been installed successfully, then go to 'Options' -> 'Preferences'. If the game version at the top of the screen states "8.0.1" then you are patched up.
Wazzerpunk-Didn't it have 8.01 for the beta patches too? Again, I'm assuming cos Ramos is Spurs manager then I am patched...also Liverpool now have 20 million to spend as opposed to the 10 I was given pre patch!
