Danny Haynes missed at least 12 one on one's in match.
I want to know if this is because he's **** or is it cos the match engine is screwed up, i.e. would van nistelrooy miss the same chances?

One of the games put up by tecni he was using a single striker and the only real unrealistic score Ive seen I was playing against a team with a lone striker.

For the AI teams the stats look fine and as you can see above it largely reflects what's happening in real life. The problem lies when a human player is brought into the equation. Having over 20 shots every game really isn't very realistic, but personally I don't really know if I care that much. It's obviously an attempt to keep the game challenging and compensating for the human players superior analytical skills. If it's intentional or not isn't really for me to say.

Posted this on another thread, but...
The forwards in FM usually get more easy chances (one-on-ones etc.) than the forwards in real life (in my opinion, could be false). Thus, more 'ridiculous' misses are needed to keep the results realistic. And this makes it seem that the forwards are crap and the goalies are gods.
I think the amount of shots and 'easy chances' in FM is generally too high and should be toned town. At the same time finishing from the easy chances should be made easier.
Some may think that the games will be boring if there's less chances. And this could be the case, but I don't play the game to watch little blobs on computer screen playing enjoyable football. I'd rather have it as close to real life as possible. The enjoyment comes from something else that lots of shots in a game.

The shots to goal ratio is an absolute JOKE!
Sunderland away - Shots on Target = 9.. Result 0-1
Portsmouth home - Shots on Target = 13.. Result 0-0
Derby away - Shots on Target = 13.. Result 2-0
Blackburn away - Shots on Target = 11.. Result 1-1
Sort this sh*t out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
