Default Scouting IRL compared to scouting in FM08
In real life managers get all their best buys from their scouts, you only need to look at Arsenals transfer history to see this. However, on FM you rarely find an 18 year old gem for 500k maybe I am doing something wrong? Do you think "load all players from" would help? Or any other thoughts?

Yes it would greatly imo, plus..how good are your in game scouts...and their knowledge also of a particular area?
