I tried to buy a 21 years old argie but the transfer has been cancelled after his 1st work permit has failed. Now usually I get the chance to appeal for it but there isn't this option this time round. Does anyone know what the problem is?

P.S. I have updated my game with the official patch

When was the work permit refused? If it was refused right late on - for example, on the last day of the transfer window, there may not be enough time to appeal.

Hmm...not saying if its right or wrong (not sure on RL leagalities)..but surely you should still be able to 'reapply' and if successful then sign the player in the next window?
