The only major thing I noticed, is the player trying to score headers from corners at stupid angles, didn't notice anything els, although I have lower expectations than some! Its a game, you can't expect perfection!
Probably get told about the goals to shoots thing, after ten games I havn't encountered it once! If it does happen I bet it won't happen every game, could be some people's tactics

Does seem like an error but a bug to me is a reoccurring problem. Has this only happened once??
The guys in the bugs forum what like to see an uploaded screenie I'm sure.
You can upload a screen shot to any imagine hosting site (e.g imageshack) and paste the link in a post.
Why don't you outline the issues you've found in the bugs forum and add screenshots, pkm's or save games to be looked at. Then if they are bugs they will be looked at by the right people and get sorted.
Also, are any of the things you've seen happening 100% of the time? You need to remember that bugs happening 100% of the time should be easy to recreate and therefore should have been fixed in the patch. If not then it's an issue. If it's only a series of one off events the consider this; thousands of people playing thousands of different games leads to millions of different possibilities of things that could happen. It's understandable that some of those thousands of peoplw will see the odd strange occurrence.
If you can get any of these things to happen frequently then could you post steps to recreate them. Then we can say 'look this is quite obvious and should be fixed'. We'll also then be some way towards getting it noticed and fixed for future patches.

Yeah I agree it needs reporting, so post those screenies in the bugs forum and SI can get working on looking into the problem and fixing it if it is a bug.
