and since SI can perform a code to sack managers if they perform badly in major tournament, they should be able to do the exact same thing if big teams fail to even qaulify!!!
and why the heck to hire back the same manager....duh

Why wasn't Steve McLaren sacked when England didn't qualify for EURO 2008 in my game? Post #13
There's not a law written in stone to say that an international manager has to be sacked, therefore there should be no 100% code added.
Also, the reason he was hired back is because you forced his sacking by adding a new manager yourself. The English FA wouldn't have sacked him unless you did that, so if they don't have a problem with him, why wouldn't they re-hire him.

If the game would sack McClaren the game would crash, you would get a error message: 'no replacement manager could be found for the vacant position, all applications will now close'

Ok it is going back a little bit, but in 1984 England failed to qualify for the European Championships. Bobby Robson who had only been in charge for 18 months (same length of time as Steve McClaren) even offered to resign, but the FA chose not to accept his resignation let alone sack him, as they wanted to give him the chance to do better, which I think we all agreed he did at the following two world cups and european championships.
Sometimes a country needs to give a manager a chance to do better. I'm not going to go into the ins and outs of the Steve McClaren case but state in a general case just as at club football, sometimes a manager needs to be given time to get things working. All teams go through a transitional period from time to time and sacking the manager is not always the answer sometimes stability is required.

and there isnt a law written in stone saying that international manager of brazil, argentina, france, italy and england had to be sacked if they failed to win the world cup(if they qaulify)
so why they are sacked right after the world cup 100% if the team faileD?

It really would be great if the fans, media could react appropriately to big international teams not qualifying (as in real life-see the last week).
In my game England lost to Israel, Croatia and Russia and the failed to qualify. In reality- uproar, in-game-nothing; Mcclaren keeps his job and nothing is said.
Please fix this for the next patch SI,I play FM for simulation and this seeming indifference to International faliure does not sit right.
Cheers

our point is.....why a manager will be sacked if they failed to win the world cup, but wont be sacked if they failed to even qualify?
