This has always bothered in the past and current FMs. When substitute comes on only for a short period, his rating is most likely a 6. Rarely do I see a substitute get a 8 or 9 rating.
A rating of 6 has many implications. It ****es off the fan base and it also lowers player morale. And I wonder if it also affects player development and potential transfer market fee.
Can SI please rethink how the rating is calculated for substitutes? Perhaps playing time can be taken into consideration. Or don't give out ratings (or give a default 7) for those subs who only came on for a short period.
