randomj Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 14 Rep Power: 0	scouting i was wondering if anyone knows how i can send out my scouts to find 15-17 that have really high potential i prefer to buy my players really early when they are really cheap so i send my scouts to watch the under 18,19 etc competitions of the nations i have loaded and they never find have any reports what can i do to find really high potential youngsters??
