Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson is about to sign Atletico Madrid's Bulgarian Martin Petrov in a £6 million deal this Saturday or Sunday, informed topsport.bg, quoting The Mirror.

Man City are close to driving away Tottenham and agreeing a fee for the left-sided ace who will fill a problem position in the team, said The Mirror.

Pretty good signing, not anything special but will be good for a team of Man City's caliber.
