easy enough, open them up on photoshop, select 'image' then 'image size. change size from '180' to '95' on both width and hight.
if you wanna get the thin black border around them once you have changed the size go to 'edit' then 'stroke' and it should say '1px' or somethin like that and select 'ok'. just save it again as a png file.

boyo79 - if you create a 'players' folder in 'my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2008 demo/' and just put in in there for now till the game comes out. it should work if you reload the skin cache on preferences. hope this is ok for you....
