Hi everybody....

I want to change the Genoa text color because they are wrong. In the game (also in FM 2006 and 2007) during the match the backgound color is red and the text color is white...i want to chage the text color to blue (the correct color is red-blue). Can i do this or it isn't possible? thank you

It can't be done from within the game, but it's quite easy to do if you use the FMM editor.
Just start it while your game's running, find your team using the search box, click on the "Kits" button, and change your colors as you wish.
Though, with Genoa, the red and blue clash awfully, so it's possible that's why they changed it. There's a trim option too, I suppose it might be used to lessen the clash.

In the FM editor the color are correct...red and blue but ingame (probably for the reson that you say) teh color are different

Trim is used for the edges for the on-pitch blobs ...

Are you sure it's not used for outlining text as well?
If it isn't, it should be...
