In the second season the new German league system provides the 3. Bundesliga und the new 3 Regional Ligas. The special thing about the Regionalliga is, you can only offer Amateur contracts to the players. No contract negotiation and just a one year contractfor the players which can be terminated by both sides at any time. With that financial approach (no money for salarys) it should be possible to implement amateur football in other nations too.
