I have a real copy and started a new game (i deleted the demo before installing to free up space too) and Belarus won the Euro 2008 and no "proper" teams were in it

This is horrible considering i will defiantly manage Ireland once I'm done with my Villa game and I would like to be able participate in EURO 2008

Gregg: As far as I know England has never been in the Copa America, and the only "invited" teams, come from the CONCACAF, they most certainly do not come from Europe. If you read Ackter's post in another topic, the bug forums or in a piracy post in this forum, that he posted this in a bug forums and was promptly accused of being a pirate, despite his long history with this game. Absolutely outrageous behavior on the part of this company.

I'm about to do another simulation with the beta patch to see if this idiotic intentional bug is fixed but I'm not holding my breath.

Revamped International management is a key selling point of the game.

nothing like a little hyperbole to weaken your argument there.

If that is the case then it is indeed a problem.

SI need to comment on the situation really.

I'm sure they're all trying to get their stories straight before the pull out the BS.

Have you modified your FM installation in anyway? A No-CD crack, the Securom updated exe, the beta patch, new skins, facepacks etc?

There's been talk in the past of them inviting European sides. It is very rare admittedly, but the invitiations have been known to go out. It's even rarer for those invitations to be accepted, but doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

You're making me feel a little better Gregg, however if it happens twice in a row I'll be ready to throw up my hands for sure.
