Ok, a player of mine scored an own goal. It wasn't a regular own goal, it was one that was easier to kick up the field but instead he places it perfectly past my keeper.

The same player then pushes someone in the box and gives them a penalty and thus they scored.

Why won't it let me discipline him?? In real life he'd get slaughtered by his manager...

Drop him to the reserves for a month.

You cant issue an official warning for couple of bad mistakes he has made if overall his performance was on a par with your team - usually if a player has a 5 rating or is a dirty little thug you can fine him or issue a warning.

Alternatively, You drop them.
