any teams that have alot of money in comparison to their league position/reputation etc.

i'm just after a small clubb with a fair bit of money. i need to start a new career game.

English Premier league teams all seem to have a fair bit of money - Pompey, Villa spring to mind - not exactly top sides but have a fair bit to spend - plus the massive TV money means you'll have a bit to spend in future seasons.
