dejasade is an unknown quantity at this point
Default is weather set regionally or for each game?
because i'm not sure whether it was a one off but in the last game all the london teams were playing in rain and the northern teams (man u, newcastkle, liverpool) were dry.

the midlands were dry as well.

There are regional settings, which may or may not be used for cities located in different countries.
