and sure enough the distance from liverpool to belgrade is 1207.31 miles
i wonder how it calculates it in game? because the belgrade game was obviously generated in game so then the news item has to calculate it in game.
i can't believe they have the distances between all the major cities hard coded.

The cities latitude and longitude are used to calculate the distances.
fans have to travel some 1207 miles
