I've managed only one goal in 40 matches . Do you have the same problem? The near post corners are a catastrophy! My players are sending all the balls extremely wide of the goal... some kind in the opposite direction of the goal.

I send my two centre backs to the far post and try and hit them. Had a few goals from it.

No problems here; have already seen many more goals from corners than in FM2007, but I have to say I'm experimenting with tactics atm :thup:

not many problems for me. babels scored one and carragher a few straight from corners.

Don't wanna rub it in either but in my first season my team scored 18 goals from them!! Not bad eh?

Yep scored a few from corners ..near post with best header at that post,Though does tend to come up with "he didnt mean that"more often that not.

In-swinging corner to the far post works.

So in theory, an out-swinging corner to the near post might work too. But haven't tried it.
