Default Large Database- Specs

Hi, i was playing the 8.0 version on small database as i never played previous FM's on this laptop before.

The game ran lightening quick on small so as the 8.0.1 patch is here i decided to use a larger database.

My laptop has a Pentium M 1.86 ghz processor & 1 GB of DDR ram. Is that enough to make the jump up to Large Database?

I always use a large database (except for the current challenge I'm doing) and my laptop has a AMD 1.4Ghz processor and 512mb RAM, so you should be fine.

Ok thanks man. Could i ask you how many leagues you usually run? i usually just choose the Championship & Premiership.

I was thinking of using the spanish league aswell so there's more going on in the game that i can check up on etc..

Normally I run the Scottish leagues, Div. 3 upwards, the English leagues, League 2 upwards, The Spanish, German, and Italian leagues and MLS, along with whatever else takes my fancy.

It tends to run fine by my standards. It depends how you depend 'fast'. Loading/saving times once you're a few seasons in can be a pain but otherwise I haven't had any problems.
