Cannot be unhappy

The most annoying thing in FM 2008 is that you cannot dispicline players whenever you want. And then they're crying when playing poorly.

In after match team talk I said "awful" and almost the whole team was unhappy, angered, seemed confused. Well they played very poorly, even though I won. What should I have said? Pleased? But that's not the case, it was an awful performance.
