hes not in the game since the update, checked the editor, what happened?

You can get him in only by adding all players from Finland. Seems a bit daft beings as he was called up to the Finish squad in August07 real life, so he should be in the game as standard really. I'm not fussed because he would never rejoin Villa anyway!

i read that already on the forumbut this would be impossible as it seems hes no in the database anymore. I searched the editor, perhaps im spelling his name wrong. Oh well, kind of annoying that they brought his stats and rep down, its like if they remvoved Braaten from cm03/04. Yes such players arnt as good in real life but its nice to have these 'cheat' players, obviously.

I have the same problem with the new database, can't find him either.
Also searching for Kasper Hamalainen, but can't find this one aswell.
Anyone can give any answer on this, why this has happened?

seriously whats going on here? I know he was overrated in the original but why is a guy who was in the finland squad not in the database at all now???

He is in the new DB and in the game, if you use huge DB...However he is no longer a great prospect. His new CA is 92 and his PA is -7...all young Finnish players seem to have been largely downgraded.

Huge database? There are only 3 choices of database...small, medium or large. Before the patch Mika Aaritalo was in the game when I used large database, but now he is not in the game. Along with another player I bought before called Plomski.

I have checked the database on the editor and both players are still there, so I guess that there are hundereds or thousands of players, coaches, scouts etc in the database but when you start a new game it can only load up a certain amount and obviously some will be left out.

I understand this and I think there is nothing wrong with it, it's not like Aaritalo is a big name player even if he has been called up to the Finland national team. I'd never heard of him before playing FM.

I always use a large database when I start a new game and normally always have all players from Colombia loaded so that Cardenas is in the game.

But it's a little annoying that someone like Martin Jol has been left out of my new game. I know he's unemployed right now, but I think he's a well established manager and should be in every new game really.

It's always disappointing when you uncover a gem of a player from a small team/country and then for that player to not be in your next new game. But for every Aaritalo or Plomski that you find, there will always be other players to find like Bogdan Stancu or Pablo Piatti.

there is a downloadable huge database thing that gives you this option triggerluke. The weird thing is, i have it and he STILL doesnt appear in the game for me. If hes no good now i suppose it doesnt matter, but hes still a finland international (in the squad anyway) youd think he would appear in the large database nevermind huge.
