Funnily enough back in the old days I used to sign Simon Davies and Matthew Etherington from Peterbourough, Ronaldinho from Gremio, Javier Saviola from some south american team, well before they were world wide names..... eh not Davies and Etherington obviously  Kind of remember Ibrahimovic at some Swedish club long before he hit the big time, I remember asking myself are Ajax mad, he's not that good for my liverpool team! Although I used to buy him for like 500k or something, wonder where Jonas Lunden and Kennedy Bakirioglu are now, and Derby's Tonton Zola Mokoko |

| I was interested as to what happened to him too. After a Google search I found a forum post (from another site, I won't bother with the link) from over three years ago saying that he's playing for a Swedish side called Carlstad United.
Given the age of the post it's possible he's not still there. Wouldn't say it's one that SI got 'wrong' as he was highly rated by Derby when he was there...things just didn't work out for him it seems.

I assure you guys that top european teams would know about every half decent player around the world and any youngsters wit h some potential from around the world. They just dont sign most of them ebcause they are not good enough. The smaller teams dont have as good scouting so they might not know about these players.

Aaritalo - Went back to Finland as he was homesick, he was valued by the Villa coaches but he just didn't like England that much.
Jonas Lunden is playing for GAIS in the Swedish top division.
Tonton Moukoko plays for IK Sleipner, a Swedish second divison team.
Kennedy Bakiriouglu plays for Ajax.
