Haven't looked at them all myself, but they look good enough .

/My Documents/Sports Interative/Football Manager 2008/graphics/
If /graphics doesn't exist, simply create a new folder and put them in there.
NB - if you're using the demo, replace "Football Manager 2008" with "Football Manager 2008 Demo".

Do I have to extract the .rar or just put the rar in /My Documents/Sports Interative/Football Manager 2008/graphics/
