Default Kits in FM 2008 aren't that great

I recently downloaded and installed a kitpack - with which has great looking kits - but when they appear in the game, they're not as great.

This is an example of what I expect them to look like:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...ompey_home.png

But when I play the game they don't look so realistic. Instead they look like graphics of... well a game! Is there any other kitpack out there that looks more realistic like that link above?

And also I keep getting a white shirt "shadow" behind. I'm sure this has been addressed many times already but I can't put my hand on any threads sorting this problem out. So can anyone help me on getting rit of the white shirt behind as well by any chance?

Thanks.

Brilliant! Thanks a lot for directing me to that mate.

A few kits don't work, like Real Madrid's away and Barcelona's third kit but I'm not too fussed about them.

Thanks a bunch mate.
