Default Do you have to start a new game for facepacks to take effect?

Right ive created a graphics sub folder inside the football manager 2008 folder on the C drive, and unticked skin cache but a couple of face packs ive added aren't coming up? what am i doing wrong? or do you have to start a new game? thanks

No you don't have to start a new game. Make sure you have put the face packs in My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\, and not in the SI folder under Program Files.

You should always reload the skin in preferences also as this is usually needed when installing new graphics..
