Where are the graphics that comes with the demo located?

There is a huge file graphics.fmf in CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008 Gold Demo\data

but it is 'encoded'. Apparently a freeware will be soon available to extract the fmf file :thup:

I have added Premiere League logs, Kits, and Facepacks for several teams to the demo.

All you do is drop the files into the graphics folder. But I went a bit further and created seperate folders under the graphics folder for kits, logos, facepacks, etc.

To get them to show up in the game, start the demo, go to preferences, and under Display and Sound, You will find the following options "Skin Cache" & "Always Reload Skin On Confirm".

1) Deslect the "Skin Cache" option.

<LI> Select the "Always Reload Skin On Confirm".

Now start your game and the graphics will show up.

I'm kind of new to this skinning-thing, although i've used custom skins since probably 2005, so I know my way around them.

But my question is, how dow people create those fantastic skins? I mean, Photoshop is a given, but moving buttons from their original positions and stuff like that, how is it done?

Hope someone can help me. I don't seem to have a 'user data' folder in My Documents. I've tried everything possible to try and get custom kits working in the game but have failed so far. Would appreciate any advice.
