Hey guys! This is a tactic i developed in my 2nd-3rd season as Man Utd Manager. Basically, this is a 4-3-3 formation, allowing free flowing football, dominant possession, and alot of chances on goal.
Similar to Barcelona of two years ago, the formation needs a strong and imaginative midfield, with a proper defensive mid, and two midfielders controlling the tempo in the middle of the park. As regards to the forwards, they need quick, tricky players. But as i found out at the course of my save game, I've seen that forwards in the mold of aguero, tevez and higuain fit in the attmid positions as well.
at first, the formation seemed not to work for several matches, leaking goals everywhere and creating little up front. But as time progressed, i've seen that increasing training in TACTICS seem to have done the trick, and as my season progressed i've come to witness fast, free flowing and beautiful football.
i hope you guys check it out and try it out, and it's just my first time posting a tactic i've developed on my own.
